Safety Information
Chew - Don’t Eat
Our toys can contain flavorings and scents. Excellent chew toys, but never designed to be eaten.
Nylon
Based on your toy selections, you may receive our nylon material toys which is a hard substance. Not every dog can handle aggressive chewing and gnawing on hard materials such as nylon. Tooth injury can occur and is an unavoidable risk when using chew toys of this hardness and durability, such as nylon, natural bones, and antlers. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF NYLON PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME and receive softer materials such as our rubber, ballistic, and rope options. Nylon is not an appropriate material for any dog that may have compromised tooth strength.
Rubber
Based on your toy selections, you may receive our rubber material. Rubber is a durable material but not indestructible by any means. Because rubber has more give than our nylon option in comparison, larger chunks or pieces of the toy can be removed. Ingesting rubber chunks or pieces can lead to digestive or intestinal issues. Never allow your dog to eat pieces of the rubber toys. Always monitor your pet during chew time. Remove and discard the toy if damaged in any form. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF RUBBER PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME and receive other materials such as our nylon, ballistic, and rope options.
Ballistic
Based on your selections, you may receive our Ballistic toy material. Ballistic is a fantastic material for dogs who like a softer mouth feel. However, ballistic toys are not designed specifically to be chewed on. They are meant as interactive tug toys, not chew toys. Your dog should always be monitored when playing with ballistic material. Remove from your dog should the toy become mangled or damaged. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF BALLISTIC PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME and receive other materials such as our nylon, rubber, and rope options.
ROPE
Based on your selections, you may receive our cotton Rope toy material. Rope is a classic material for dogs who like the mouth feel of cotton and fabrics. However, rope toys are not meant or designed specifically to be chewed or gnawed on. They are meant as interactive tug toys and play toys. Your dog should always be monitored when playing with rope material. Remove from your dog should the toy become mangled or damaged. YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF ROPE PRODUCTS AT ANY TIME and receive other materials such as our nylon, rubber, and ballistic options.
