Changing your BULLYMAKE subscription can be done through your My Account page. In this guide, we’ll walk you through what you can change, what you can’t, and a few things you might not know about managing your BULLYMAKE dog box subscription.

How to cancel a BULLYMAKE subscription online?

If your BULLYMAKE subscription is eligible for cancellation, you can cancel your subscription within your account. Navigate to the Subscription tab in your account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the disable auto-renewal button.

When am I eligible to cancel?

Once your initial plan commitment is fulfilled, you are eligible to cancel your subscription at any time. Your eligibility to cancel depends on the plan you selected when you signed up:

1-month plans: You can cancel at any time with no additional fees.

Multi-month plans (3, 6, or 12 months): When you choose a multi-month plan, you’re committing to that length of the plan. For example, if you purchase a 6-month plan, you’re eligible to cancel any time after your 6th shipment has been completed.

What if I want to stop auto-renewal?

This is a great option if you just want to pause future renewals without cancelling mid-plan. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in the Subscription tab in your account. When auto-renewal is turned off:

You’ll still receive all remaining shipments in your current plan

Your subscription will simply end once the final box ships

No additional boxes will be sent after that

What happens if I cancel early?

If you want cancel before completing your initial plan commitment, an early cancellation fee may apply. This only applies to multi-month plans that haven’t reached their final shipment yet. If you’re unsure where you fall in your plan or what fees might apply, our customer care team is happy to help clarify before making any changes.

How do I get a replacement toy?

To get a replacement BULLYMAKE toy, here’s what to do:

Take a quick photo of the destroyed toy

Our Customer Care Team will send you a FREE replacement toy of a different type

While BULLYMAKE doesn’t offer a direct 1-for-1 treat swap, we do offer two great options for dogs who need more toys and fewer (or no) treats.

Option 1: Toys Only BULLYMAKE Box

If your dog doesn’t need treats or you prefer to focus entirely on toys, you can choose our Toys Only box for $5 more which includes:

4 ultra-tough dog toys per month

No treats

This is a popular option for dogs with food allergies, sensitive stomachs, or dog parents who manage treats separately. You can select the Toys Only option when you first sign up, or switch to it later through your My Account page.

Option 2: Add an Extra Toy to Your Toys + Treats Box

For dogs who just can’t get enough playtime, BULLYMAKE also offers an extra toy add-on. This allows you to:

Keep your regular toys + treats box

Add an additional tough toy for even more enrichment

It’s a great choice for:

Power chewers who go through toys quickly

How to customize my dog box for a dog with allergies?

If your dog has food sensitivities or allergies, you can manage and update your preferences directly through your My Account page. Inside your account, you’ll be able to:

Switch to a Toys Only box if your dog needs to avoid treats entirely

Adjust toy types if certain materials or textures aren’t a good fit

All BULLYMAKE treats are grain-free. If your dog has specific ingredient allergies or you’d rather skip treats altogether, you can always switch to a Toys Only box.

Be sure to update your allergy preferences before your next box is processed. Changes made after processing may not apply to the upcoming shipment but will be reflected in future boxes.
